The Art in liquid egg processing


Normally the start up of a liquid egg production facility is not an easy job. Civil works, services lines, fixings on the floor, piping on the walls, long running tests and finally training on complicate software.
With Avitec Lino Compact All Inclusive plants only the exciting part of the job is left to the customer: realizing that the first liquid egg product is being produced after only seven days the truck was unloaded. The advantage of a pre-assempled compact system are many:
Very compact size. The whole plant is installed on one base of 5,3 x 2,3 meters. Capacity can be 500 - 750 or 1000 litres/h.
Very flexible. The plant can process any type of egg products including special products such as mixes with salt/sugar.
Very easy. The plant is very easy to run. Anybody can easily learn how to produce the best liquid egg product after 3 days of operation.
