GET NEAT PRINT ON EVERY MATERIAL
It doesn’t matter what material you are printing on, either plastic, moulded pulp, paper, polystyrene, PET or cardboard will be suitable to get the neatest print that will never smear. The drying time is shorter than one second when printing on plastic.

EACH JET2PACK PRINTS ON 2 LANES
Jet2Pack has been specifically engineered to work with Moba Omnia™ egg graders; one unit is used to print on two packing conveyors which can be set up with two different packs and message layouts. The timing is perfect thanks to a dedicated interface. There are neither micro switches nor beam sensor to adjust, clean or fix.

A WORLD OF FLEXIBILITY

  • Prints on every pack format like 3x4, 2x4, 2x6, 8, 10 or 12 eggs packs;
  • Horizontal positioning of the print possible all along the length of the package;
  • Vertical positioning of the print is possible thanks to sliding guides which move the machine backward and forward;
  • Message editing is made very easy and fast thanks to a full size keyboard and wide display and back light;
  • Optional JET CONTROL™ software to control up to 10 units with a standard PC through serial ports;
  • Printing font of different height from 5 to 11 dots, 2 to 7 millimetres height;
  • Printing on two lines available; on 4 lines available with double nozzle head;
  • 80 different messages for each different package and product line can be stored in the memory with backup battery;
  • Automatic inserting of today's date, expiration date and increasing counters;
  • Automatically disables the printing if 30-eggs open trays are used on the grader.

READY FOR TRACEABILITY
The latest release of Jet2Pack has been specifically developed to be integrated with BCS OVOTRACK™ system for egg traceability. The traceability software will be interfaced with the printer and automatically change the message which is printed on the lid of each single egg pack, everytime a new farm code is being processed by the egg grader.
