Long Shelf life made simple



Untill now there were only two ways to achieve long shelf life with liquid egg products:

1) use of chemical additives which are allowed by the law. They alter the pure image of the egg and are not practical for dose and blending;

2) use of high temperature pasteurization together with an aseptic filling technology. This technology has the big downside of denaturating the egg proteins which seriously compromises the egg natural physical and chemical properties.

LIFE CHANGES

Avitec put an end to compromises to extend the shelf life of the liquid products. EasyLifeEgg allows to get a 100% natural product with no additives and no denaturated proteins. Moreover this technology does not need an aseptic packaging; it is enough any ultraclean technology such as bag in box or pure pack or PET bottles.
